Only 65W! I bought this for my new Windows 8 server build because it features SLAT for Win8 Hyper-V. Really nice low profile heat sync, too. Nearly silent. Highly recommended.

From my basic research it appeared that this was a good balance of speed and energy usage. I wanted to build a 24/7 machine that was powerful but very quiet. On this machine I have a medium sized case fan and, what I now realize is and oversized CPU heatsink/fan, and all of the fans appear to be running on their lowest RPM settings and provide full cooling at 100% usage.
