Absolutely terrific processor., May 20, 2012 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Intel Core i3-2125, 2x 3.30GHz 3.3 2 LGA 1155 Processor (BX80623I32125) (Personal Computers) I really like this processor. It has Intel's HD Graphics 3000 and supports dual monitors, which lets you build a business rig without requiring a graphics card. I've used the Core i5 processor as well, which has 4 cores instead of this one's 2, and I can say from experience that you won't miss the extra cores in a desktop machine. They just don't help in most personal-use situations, so you're better off saving the money and putting it towards a Solid State Drive (SSD). I spent the extra money on an i5 before, and now this one is the only one I buy or recommend.
The first time I purchased this CPU, it was to build a PC for my sister. When I was done, I noticed it was every bit as fast as my i5-based personal rig. Since then, I have also used it to build business desktops for my brother using the embedded graphics, and it absolutely rocks. It's very, very fast, at a good price-point, and the graphics are excellent for browsing the web, watching videos and all other... Read more
